Fee Domestic: $70; International: $90 RL Three letters of recommendation Transcript You have attended in person a regionally accredited college or university in the United States and meet one of the following conditions: earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in the U.S. (Official Transcripts Required), OR completed at least 12 credit hours of graduate course work with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or higher (all credits must be earned in the U.S. and official transcripts must be mailed to ASU) OR completed at least 90 credit hours of undergraduate course work with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or higher (all 90 hours must be earned in the U.S. and official transcripts must be mailed to ASU)
