TOEFL International students who did not earn a bachelor's degree from an institution in which English is the primary language of instruction, must submit proof of competency in English by submitting TOEFL or IELTS scores in order for the application to be reviewed. Results from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) may be self-reported in the application.
