TOEFL Good TOEFL/IELTS academic results if English was not the first language of instruction of your undergraduate/postgraduate course. You will fulfill the English Language requirements with one of the following proficiency attainments: Proficiency Test Minimum Scores TOEFL - IBT 80 TOEFL - PBT 550 IELTS Overall Score: 6.0 and All sub scores: 5.5 As a point of reference, for TOEFL, our students typically get a score of at least 600 (paper test) or 250 (computer test) or 100 (Internet test). GMAT Applicants for the MBA for Professionals (Bi-weekly Part-Time Program) need to have satisfactory GMAT score. We do not have a minimum score requirement. As a point of reference, the GMAT mid 80% range of our students is 540-690. Your GMAT result is valid for 5 years prior to the commencement of study. Generally, a GMAT score is always required for our MBA program. As applicants come from different academic backgrounds at different education institutions, with various levels of work experience, the GMAT score allows us to assess these applicants’ academic ability for an international MBA program. Extensive research also supports that it is a consistent measure reflecting how well an applicant will handle the MBA studies, particularly on required courses. MBA for Professionals (Bi-weekly Part-Time Program) candidates with over 7 years of extensive work experience and a strong academic background might have the GMAT requirement waived subject to approval by the School. Admitted candidates will be notified of the result of their GMAT waiver upon receiving the admissions offer from us. It is possible for the request to be rejected, after which the candidate will still be required to submit a satisfactory GMAT score as an admissions condition. Therefore, those seeking to have their GMAT requirement waived should apply in the first round to allow sufficient time to take the test in case the waiver request is unsuccessful.
