TOEFL
For the Graduate School, the minimum acceptable TOEFL score is 550 (paper-based) 213 (computer-based), or 79 (internet-based).Submitted scores must be no more than two years old.
IELTS
The minimum IELTS score is 6.5; individual programs may however have higher requirements.Submitted scores must be no more than two years old.
GRE
If you are thinking about a dual degree program, you may want to take the GMAT or GRE, as applicable, over the summer because you may not have time to prepare during law school. It is also possible that the other program will waive the GMAT/GRE requirement based on your admission to UK Law, but you will need to contact that program to inquire

Personal Statement (via LSAC)
You must submit a personal statement, written by you, in accordance with the instructions on the application. The statement will be used both as a sample of your writing ability and for its insights into your background, goals, and potential for enriching UK Law's academic environment. In your personal statement you may write about any of your accomplishments, particularly meaningful experiences, your reasons for applying to law school, or any other topic of your choosing. Your personal statement should be in 11-12 point font, single-spaced (double-spaced between paragraphs) and a maximum of 3 pages in length.

If you have prepared a resume, please submit it with your application. The inclusion of your resume is strongly preferred, but not required.

At least 2 Letters of Recommendation (via LSAC/CAS)
You are required to submit at least 2 letters of recommendation from those with personal knowledge of your abilities and qualifications to study law. The Admissions Committee will consider your letters of recommendation only to the extent that writers actually know and can speak to your academic potential, relevant personal qualities, and circumstances. Letters of recommendation must be submitted through LSAC’s Letter of Recommendation Service.
