GPA During the last two years of your coursework, you must have maintained a B average or its equivalent (3.0 on a 4.0 scale). CV Your resume/CV should provide information about your academic history, research, awards and recognitions. It should also contain any job history and volunteer experiences (e.g. physics outreach to local schools).
