GRE
The GRE requirement may be waived for applicants to the MPH Program who have 4 or more years of public health related experience. Each department determines what constitutes such experience for their discipline. Applicants interested in applying for a GRE waiver should contact the relevant department.

Recommended minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Fee
To apply to the Master of Public Health program and its concentrations, students must first complete a SOPHAS application, and then return to this page to complete an application to the School of Interdisciplinary and Graduate Studies.The cost for a SOPHAS application is $135 for the first school or program to which you apply. Any additional schools or programs to which you choose to apply will cost $50 per designation, even if you submit those schools or programs later in the application cycle.$30 SOPHIS (Public Health applicants who apply through this service). Applicants will call the School of Public Health for a code to use on the SOPHIS application.
