PS A statement of about 500 typed words detailing the applicant’s educational and professional goals in the field of Fine Arts. Applicants will call the School of Public Health for a code to use on the SOPHIS application. RL Applicants to all programs must provide two current, substantive letters of recommendation specific to the program (appended to the SIGS recommendation forms) in which the applicant’s academic and/or artistic achievements and promise are discussed. Candidates normally enter the Master’s Program with the equivalent of an undergraduate degree in Studio Art, Art History, or a related ?eld. Transcript Applicants for admission to a degree program must submit an official transcript from each college attended. All University of Louisville transcripts will automatically be submitted with the completion of an application. Transcripts must be sent directly from the school to Graduate Admissions, in order to be considered official. Applications to non-degree or certificate programs need only submit an official transcript certifying at least a bachelor's degree.
