In extenuating circumstances, we may consider applicants with slightly lower GPAs. Fee Submit the application by paying the non-refundable $60 application fee online using either a credit card or a bank account drawn on U.S. funds. RL Letters of recommendation: Arrange for three letters of recommendation from persons familiar with your abilities and scholarly potential, including, if possible, two from professors in your major subject.  The instructions for how those letters should be submitted by the letter writers are given later, as you work through the application process. Transcript Applicants with an academic transcript must provide an official document issued in English by the teaching institution that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study. Applicants who have completed self-study programs must provide all completed examination results issued in English by the provincial Self-Study Examinations Guidance Committee. Arrange for the document to be verified and sent directly to your admission office in an English-language verification report by the following agency, which has been designated by the Ministry of Education: China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC).Applicants with incomplete transcripts can still send their document(s) via China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) or China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC).
