美國知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法專業(yè)介紹

在美國，知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法(Intellectual Property Law, IP)屬于廣義民法學(xué)的范疇，是調(diào)整民事主體之間關(guān)于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的法律規(guī)定的統(tǒng)稱。其內(nèi)容基本包括專利法、商標(biāo)法、著作權(quán)法、不正當(dāng)競爭法(商業(yè)秘密法)等特別法。

知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法涉及以下幾個(gè)主要方面：

Trademark、Copyright、Trade Secret、Patent、Licensing

在課程的設(shè)置上不得不提的就是NYU：針對(duì)IP方向有40多門課程。在紐大，IP方向也叫作IP and Information Law，而其中的特色課程更是涉及Fashion Law and Business。
