The objectives of the graduate program in CAEE are excellence in engineering education, research, and professional service. The program seeks to educate students to assume leadership positions in engineering practice, research, and education.
Graduate students in CAEE can pursue the Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) degree in Civil or Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, as well as the Dual Degree Program in Engineering & Public Affairs. The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree is available in Civil Engineering.
CAEE strives to give its students that knowledge as it educates the next generation of engineering leaders. We are dedicated to extending engineering knowledge across the breadth of the discipline and beyond through creative, innovative teaching and research ranging from the fundamental to the applied. Furthermore, our various Research Centers provide our graduate students the opportunity to delve deeper into their areas of interest.
